Sadako Bishoujo Statue by Kotobukiya
Bring Japanese horror royalty home with Kotobukiya's stylized statue featuring interchangeable parts and loose videotape decorations.
About this piece
Kotobukiya brings Sadako Yamamura into the HORROR BISHOUJO lineup with an original design stylized by Shunya Yamashita. Standing 6.69" (17 cm) tall, the piece shows her floating on psychic power above piles of cassettes. Clear parts recreate her wet white dress clinging to skin, while raw fingernails and toenails show the toll of scratching inside the well.
Collectors can display her face completely hidden by black hair or swap to an alternate head part showing a lonely eye peering forward. Loose tape pushing out from the cassettes can be arranged by hand around the base. The set also includes 2 spare rolls of tape tucked inside a VHS cassette box, plus a surprise hidden among the tapes.
