Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If, for any reason, you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold by IFiDEA within 30 days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details are subject to change without notice.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Since IFiDEA deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

Items purchased in bulk, defined as purchases with 3 quantities (or more) of the same item, are not eligible for returns.

Items must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).

Authorization of a return will be at the discretion of IFiDEA. In the case of orders of three or more of one item or low-priced items, other options may be pursued. Photo or video documentation may be required.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items plus applicable tax. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after IFiDEA receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear in their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement. Complete, detailed instructions on returning merchandise can be found on the reverse side of your invoice in each shipment.

IFiDEA’s 30-day return policy does not apply to orders shipped to any agent or forwarder on your behalf. The client is responsible for any loss or damages after an order is delivered to the original address.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have eligible products to return, you can use our accessible online Returns Department to obtain an RMA Number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.
