How to get NYCC tickets

NYCC tickets are sold online only, and you need a free Fan Verification profile to buy, accept or transfer them. Sales open in stages: a paid Popverse Superfan presale, a presale for Fan Verified fans, then the general on-sale. The 2027 dates haven't been announced.

At the door: No, buy online. Details

1Before the sale

  1. Sign up for the official NYCC newsletter to get the on-sale announcement.
  2. Create a free Fan Verification profile. Check your email address carefully: it becomes your login and can't be changed later.
  3. Buying for kids? Answer Yes to the ages 6 to 12 question during Fan Verification. If you answer No, you can't buy kids' tickets later.
  4. Optional: a paid Popverse Superfan membership gets the earliest presale.

2Sale day

  1. Buy online during your sale window. Tickets can't be bought by phone.
  2. In 2026 each order could include up to 2 VIP, 4 four-day and 4 single-day tickets, 16 in total. Orders split across names or addresses to get more were cancelled.
  3. In 2026, Friday, Saturday, 4-Day and VIP tickets were sold out by mid-September.

3After you buy

  1. Transfer tickets to friends in My Tickets. They must Fan Verify with that exact email and accept.
  2. Activate each badge before you enter (required in 2026).
  3. Badges are mailed to US addresses for orders placed before the mailing cutoff. Later orders are picked up at Will Call with the printed receipt. There are no refunds, and resale isn't allowed.

!Common mistakes

  • A typo in the Fan Verification email address.
  • Answering No to the kids question during Fan Verification.
  • A friend Fan Verifies with a different email than the one you sent the ticket to, so the ticket sits unclaimed.
  • No Fan Verification profile in place before the general on-sale.
  • Forgetting to activate the badge.
