The Detail on this Aoshima GMK Godzilla Is Absolutely Haunting My Dreams

I’m looking at the way those scales fold over the neck and the sheer mass in the legs—it’s pure muscle and malice. Those iconic white eyes? They look like they’re staring right through my soul. Since this is a plastic model kit, it comes molded in a deep, moody gray, which means I’m going to have a field day with the dry brushing to really make those ridges pop.

I’m honestly already planning my painting setup for 2026. It’s a non-articulated kit, which I actually prefer for a sculpt this intricate—no ugly joints breaking up that beautiful, rugged skin texture.
