Man, talk about a blast from the past! If you were around the anime scene in 2011, you know Guilty Crown was the talk of the town. Between the legendary soundtrack by Hiroyuki Sawano and the stunning character designs, it was an absolute vibe. Today, Chinese manufacturer Solarain is bringing back all those feels with their latest reveal: the Inori Yuzuriha (also known as Yuzuriha Inori or 楪いのり) -You’re the world to me- 1/7 scale figure!
I’m not even kidding, this sculpt is breathtaking. Standing at 23.7 cm (appx. 9.24 inch), the figure captures Inori in her most iconic outfit, playing cat’s cradle while reaching out to you. It’s that exact mix of fragility and strength that made us all fall for her in the first place. The way her soft pink hair flows in the wind? Pure art. It’s got this incredible sense of movement, like a snapshot frozen in time while she’s dancing.
Let’s talk about that paint job because, whew, Solarain did not come to play! They used a mix of matte and glossy finishes to make the textures pop. The gradient on her dress—shifting from a deep, moody crimson to a bright, fiery orange—looks like a sunset caught in fabric. The hem of the dress flows out like a goldfish’s tail, giving it a weightless, underwater feel that totally fits the Guilty Crown aesthetic.
And check out the base! It’s inspired by the ‘Void’ effects from the show, creating a dreamy, ethereal atmosphere that makes the whole piece look like it belongs in a high-end museum. Honestly, my shelves are already crying, but my heart is saying ‘yes.’ They’re even throwing in a special collection card featuring the cat’s cradle scene as a bonus!
Sure, we have to wait until October 2026 to actually get our hands on her, but for a sculpt this detailed? I’ll wait. It’s the perfect centerpiece for any hardcore fan who still has ‘My Dearest’ on repeat. Just maybe don’t look at your bank account for a few days after hitting that pre-order button. We’ve all been there, right?
