The Snoopy (Red Puffy Coat) Vinyl Collectible by Super7 is a 12.4-inch Peanuts figure, and it’s priced at $395. Pre-orders are open now, with shipping expected between December 2026 and February 2027. I’ll admit the photos of Snoopy zipped into a little red puffer got me smiling before I’d even checked the spec sheet.
The Snoopy (Red Puffy Coat) Vinyl Collectible is a vinyl figure of Snoopy from Charles Schulz’s Peanuts, made by Super7 as part of its SuperSize Puffy Coat Series. It stands 12.4 inches (31 cm) tall, has 6 points of articulation, and is limited to 250 pieces with a limit of 2 per person. It costs $395 and is expected to ship from December 2026 to February 2027, with arrival estimates running through May 2027.
A Comic Strip Dog in Real Winter Gear
The big idea here is mixed media. The body is vinyl, but the red puffy coat and the hat are soft goods, and Super7 made his ears soft too, so the floppiest part of Snoopy actually flops. That’s a smart call, because Schulz drew those ears as the most expressive thing on him; they flap when he dances and droop when he sulks. A rigid vinyl ear would’ve frozen that personality in place.

Paint, Sculpt and That Very Clean White
Snoopy is mostly white with a black ear and a black nose, which sounds easy until you try to keep a large vinyl surface clean and even. The prototype shots show the flat, graphic finish you’d want from a character born in ink on newsprint, with no fake fur texture fighting the line-art look. Keep in mind the photos are of a prototype, so the final piece may differ a bit. At 31 cm the sculpt has real volume, and the round head reads from across a room, which matters when the coat is covering most of the body.
How the Tailoring Stacks Up
Soft goods on a vinyl figure can go wrong fast: puckered seams, a coat that swallows the shoulders, a hat that sits like a lampshade. The benchmark I measure against is the tailoring on Medicom Toy’s Real Action Heroes line, where outfits are cut to the figure rather than draped over it. I can’t judge stitching from photos, but the puffer’s quilted channels look scaled to Snoopy’s chunky proportions, and with 6 points of articulation you can pose him mid-waddle instead of standing stiff. The detail I keep coming back to is how the hat frames his face without hiding the ear.

Planning the Shelf
This is a winter piece, plain and simple, so I’d give it a spot that can rotate seasonally, maybe the front of a Peanuts shelf from December through February. It’ll sit well next to other Super7 Peanuts figures and apparel pieces from the same assortment, and the telescope-box packaging with Schulz-inspired artwork is nice enough that box collectors may want to display it closed. Just budget the height: at 12.4 inches, he’ll tower over standard-size figures, so pair him with other large-scale pieces or let him anchor the shelf alone.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Charles Schulz settled it decades ago: happiness is a warm puppy. This puppy comes in his own puffy coat, so he’s warm by design, which puts the price of happiness at exactly $395, shipping December through February. Philosophers searched for centuries, and I found it on preorder.
How to tell your wife: Snoopy has slept on top of his doghouse, outdoors, through every winter for decades. Super7 finally gave him a red puffy coat, made only 250 of them, and they start shipping in December. We are not the family that leaves Snoopy in the snow.
How to tell your parents: Mom, you always told me to support the arts. Snoopy has been stuck on ‘It was a dark and stormy night’ for decades, and nobody can write when they’re freezing. I just bought a struggling novelist a $395 coat.
How to tell your kids: This year we’re skipping the Elf on the Shelf, because Snoopy starts shipping in December. That elf flies to the North Pole every night, but Snoopy is a World War I Flying Ace, so his reports get there faster. Touch his coat and you’re grounded.

With only 250 made and a coat, hat and ears all in soft goods, this is the most thoughtful take on winter Snoopy I’ve seen from Super7, and I think it earns its shelf space if you have room for a 12.4-inch centerpiece. I’m watching the shipping window, and we’ll update this if Super7 shares final production photos.
