Kotobukiya has announced OSHI WORKS Roll (OSHI WORKS ロール), a non-scale figure based on Roll from Mega Man 11. It’s priced at 8,800 yen (appx. $59) and is scheduled for an October 2026 release. She’s the quiet one in the room, and I like her for it.
OSHI WORKS Roll is a 19 cm (appx. 7.5 in) non-scale figure from Kotobukiya, sculpted by Thousand Inc. It is scheduled for release in October 2026 at 8,800 yen (appx. $59) including tax. Mega Man and a Dr. Wily and Dr. Light set are open for pre-order in the same wave.
The Housekeeper Who Outlasted the Bosses
Roll is DRN.002, built by Dr. Light to handle cleaning and chores, and she’s been Mega Man’s sister figure since 1987. Her look changes from game to game. Kotobukiya picked the Mega Man 11 version, with the blonde ponytail, red hooded dress and sneakers. Smart call.

Reading the Paint From the Promo Shots
I’ve only seen the official photos, so take this as a promo-shot read. The hair and shoes carry a gloss coat that separates them from the flatter red of the dress, and that contrast does a lot of the shading work. I don’t see heavy airbrushed gradients, which fits a budget line. The green ribbon gets the sculpt depth instead.

Turning Sprites Into Volume
The tricky part with Mega Man 11 art is that it’s cel-shaded and flat, so the sculptor has to invent thickness. Thousand gives the hood a soft roll at the collar and lets the ribbon loops flare out like real fabric. That big bow is the character in miniature: a household robot who still dresses up. It reads.

Where OSHI WORKS Sits on the Shelf
At 8,800 yen, this isn’t competing with Good Smile’s scale figures, and it shouldn’t be judged that way. The closer benchmark is Good Smile’s POP UP PARADE, and Roll’s glossy accents look a notch cleaner than what that line usually ships. Magnets in her feet lock her onto the display base. Lined up beside Mega Man, that’s a family photo.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Roll has done every chore in Dr. Light’s lab since 1987, and she’s never seen a single paycheck. That’s nearly 39 years of back pay, and I’m settling it for 8,800 yen, about 226 yen a year. Honestly, I’m the first person who ever paid her.
How to tell your wife: Mega Man 11 is the one with the Speed Gear, which slows time down so he can think before every move. I had mine switched on when I clicked Buy, so to me that decision took about a week. I slept on it, babe.
How to tell your parents: Dad, you always said rock and roll was the best thing your generation gave the world. Mega Man’s real name is Rock, and his little sister is literally named Roll. I’m just keeping your music alive.
How to tell your kids: This is Roll, Dr. Light’s housekeeping robot, and the magnets in her feet keep her on chore duty. Pull her off that base and the chores go to the nearest human. Guess who’s standing closest.
Roll has spent decades as the support character standing behind the Blue Bomber, and this figure finally gives her the same base, the same height and the same shelf space as him. For 8,800 yen, that small act of fairness is the best reason to make room.
