I need this on my shelf yesterday, even if it’s dropping in 2026. The wait is going to be brutal!

The 88-Year-Old Witch Who Stole Our Hearts

For those who haven’t played Unicorn Overlord, let me set the scene. The game is a visual feast, known for its stunning 2D artwork and deeply engaging strategic combat. You play as Prince Alain, leading a liberation army to reclaim the continent of Fevrith from the forces of the New Zenoiran Empire. The character designs are next-level, and Yahna is a perfect example of why this game is so beloved.

She’s a witch living in a swamp village who joins your cause. The kicker? When you first meet her, she looks like a young girl, but she’s actually 88 years old. Thanks to some powerful rejuvenation magic, she’s managed to keep her youthful appearance, and her personality is just as charming and a little bit flirty as you’d expect from a girl who’s seen it all for nearly a century! The figma really brings her personality to life, especially in those expressive face plates.

Figmas Keep Getting Better: Posing Perfection

This new Yahna figma is looking absolutely stacked with accessories and articulation points. The figure measures about 15 cm (appx. 5.85 inch) tall. They’ve done an incredible job translating her distinct look from the game, from the intricate witch hat with those metallic horns to her revealing, high-leg outfit and bat-shaped staff. The paintwork looks top-notch, capturing the different textures of metal and fabric.

What truly elevates this release are the extra posing options. She comes with three face plates: a standard neutral face, a super cute shy face, and a powerful screaming face. But wait, there’s more! To really capture her elegant and playful personality, Max Factory included specific parts for a sitting cross-legged pose and, crucially, a set of dynamic skirt parts. These parts significantly increase the range of motion for her hips and thighs, so you can achieve some truly dynamic action shots. Even her cape and side pigtails have articulated joints, ensuring every pose looks fluid and natural.

I’m already brainstorming where I’ll put her on the shelf, probably next to my other fantasy figures.
