Hot Toys has announced the Hot Toys 1/6 Scale Wolverinepool, a figure based on concept art from Marvel’s Deadpool & Wolverine. It’s priced at HKD 1,780 (appx. $228), limited to 250 pieces, and scheduled to ship in Q3 to Q4 2026. It landed for April Pool’s Day, Deadpool’s self-appointed holiday, which feels right.

A Design That Never Made the Final Cut
The suit grafts Deadpool’s red and black onto the cut of Wolverine’s comic costume, and the mask is the clever part. It keeps Wade’s rounded hood but borrows Logan’s swept black eye wings. That’s the whole movie in one face. Two characters who can’t stand each other, forced into one outfit, is exactly the joke the film runs on.

Reading the Suit From the Photos
I’ve only seen the official promo shots, so take this with that caveat. The red panels look matte with a faint printed texture, while the black sections read glossier, which keeps the two colors from blurring together under shelf light. The armor plates and new boots add real 3D volume that flat concept art can only suggest. Hot Toys likes depth.

Three Sets of Eyes, Eight Hands, One Bad Idea
The three swappable eye pieces are the feature I keep coming back to, because Deadpool’s mask does all his acting. Eight hands, two katanas on a magnetic back sheath, two pistols, a pair of claws and translucent slash effects cover both men’s fighting styles. The base carries the film logo, claw marks and a nameplate. Thirty points of articulation should handle the stunt poses.

How It Stacks Up
Against Sideshow’s premium Deadpool work, Hot Toys usually wins on tailoring, and the stitched seams here look tighter than most mass-market 1/6 suits. The real test will be the magnetic sheath. Magnets on a fabric back can sag over time, and the promo shots can’t tell us that. I’m watching for in-hand reviews.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Wade tore through the entire multiverse looking for the right Wolverine, and that multiverse is infinite. Spread $228 across an infinite number of universes and you get zero dollars per universe. Per universe, he’s free.
How to tell your wife: Deadpool’s mask does all his acting, and this one comes with three swappable pairs of eyes. I’m leaving him set to the exact look you’re giving me right now. Now you can take the night off.
How to tell your parents: Mom, you always said many hands make light work. Wolverinepool shows up with eight hands and two katanas, which is more help than anyone I’ve ever brought home for Thanksgiving. He’s carving the turkey this year.
How to tell your kids: Deadpool and Wolverine spent their whole movie fighting, and look how they ended up: stuck in one suit. You may look at him all you want, but he’s here as a warning about fighting over the tablet. Keep it up and you two share a hoodie.
A concept that lost the costume vote now gets a 250-piece run and a proper Hot Toys suit, which is the most Deadpool outcome possible. If you already own the film versions of Wade and Logan, this is the one that explains why they belong on the same shelf.
