How to get D23 tickets

Only paid D23 Gold Members could buy tickets to the 2026 event, in timed sales by membership tier. The next US date hasn't been announced. This is how the 2026 sale worked.

At the door: No, buy online. Details

1Before the sale

  1. Create a free D23 account. Any guest 18 or older also needs one to accept a ticket.
  2. Become a D23 Gold Member before the sale (Gold Essential, Choice or Complete, or the complimentary plan through Disney+ Perks).

2Sale day (2026)

  1. Each membership tier joined an online queue at a set time, while supplies lasted: Gold Charter Members on Mar 31 at 10 AM PT; Essential, Choice and Complete on Apr 2 at 10 AM PT; the complimentary plan on Apr 2 at 12 PM PT.
  2. Each Gold Member could buy up to six tickets: one for themselves plus five guests. Guests don't need Gold.
  3. After the first sales, a waitlist opened. Places on it were random, not first come.

3After you buy

  1. Transfer tickets to your guests on tickets.d23.com during the transfer window. Each guest signs in and accepts.
  2. Seats for the big shows are given by random selection, so a ticket doesn't guarantee a seat at every show.
  3. Physical badges were mailed to the buyer. Lost or forgotten badges aren't replaced, and all sales are final.

!Common mistakes

  • Having only the free membership. Buying needs Gold.
  • An adult guest without a D23 account can't accept the ticket.
  • Missing the transfer window or the mailing-address deadline.
  • Buying from a reseller. Those tickets may not be honored or refunded.
