Have you ever tried playing with clay? Believe it or not, you can find many types of clay in bookstores or stationery stores. The fun and variable way of playing with clay can create many styles; many talented folks have crafted masterpieces with it!
There’s a clay creator known as おきは (@okihasA) on platform X. The creator recently shared a new work, “Pokémon Sucking the Variety Monster,” which won a massive number of shares due to its quirky, cute, and creative style.
By using polymer clay that can be easily purchased in a dollar store, おきは molded Ditto of the variety monster and combined them with other Pokémon, kicking up the creativity even higher! The idea behind “Pokémon Sucking the Ditto” involved using Pokémon to eat the Ditto symbolically. Including Quagsire, Slowking, Psyduck, Oshawott, and Bellsprout, the pieces were presented like promotional images for capsule toys, prompting many to wish they were available as actual products – they’re just too adorable!
Upon closer inspection, each creature carries a unique flair, making it hard to believe that they were fashioned only using bare clay and formed into sophisticated and cute artifacts.
The creator, おきは, also shared a video of the making process. If you’re interested in clay crafting or have little ones at home who’d love to learn, you may want to refer to the method unveiled in the video to create your masterpieces. You can also follow her on platform X, where she shares her new work regularly.
