SWEET CONFLICT // EP2 is the newest chapter in Fools Paradise’s SWEET CONFLICT line, priced at USD 450 plus shipping on the brand’s official online shop. The release window hasn’t been announced yet, and the listing currently shows it as sold out. I’ll admit the name had me smiling before I’d read a single spec.

SWEET CONFLICT // EP2 is a vinyl and PVC collectible made by Fools Paradise. It’s priced at USD 450 before shipping and was offered as a pre-order through the Fools Paradise Official Online Shop. A release date has not yet been announced, and the item is listed as sold out.
Episode Two Means There’s a Story Going
That “// EP2” tag is my favorite thing about this listing. Fools Paradise is framing SWEET CONFLICT like a serialized drama instead of a one-off drop, so if you’ve followed the line, this is the next installment, not a random variant. I like art toy brands that think in chapters, because it gives collectors a reason to care about how the pieces sit together on a shelf.
Vinyl Meets PVC
The shop confirms the piece is made from vinyl and PVC, and that pairing tells you a lot about the intent. Vinyl gives you the soft, slightly rounded feel that designer-toy fans grew up on, while PVC usually handles the parts that need sharper edges and finer detail. Medicom Toy built a whole reputation on getting that balance right, and the bar Fools Paradise is setting for itself at USD 450 is clearly in that conversation.
What the Prototype Note Is Telling You
Fools Paradise says the prototype has been showcased, but the final product may have slight variations. That’s an honest line, and I’d rather see it up front than discover it later. The shop also notes that details may change without further notice, so treat any early images as a strong preview rather than a promise down to the last paint edge.
Read the Fine Print Twice
The terms here are strict. All pre-order sales are final, with no refunds for change of mind or duplicate orders, and any approved forced cancellation carries a 20% restocking and handling fee. Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or video, and minor box dents from international shipping don’t qualify for exchange. Shipping is USD 120 to the United States, USD 100 globally, USD 60 to Japan, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, and free to Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: The company is literally called Fools Paradise, and everyone already calls collectors fools. Getting in costs $450 plus $120 shipping, so $570 buys me a lifetime pass to paradise. If I’m a fool either way, I’m taking the paradise.
How to tell your wife: Babe, this piece is called Sweet Conflict, which is the most accurate title anyone has ever given our marriage. I couldn’t let some stranger put us on his shelf. Go ahead, throw the pillow; it’s canon.
How to tell your parents: Mom, Dad, you spent years telling me to stop changing my mind every five minutes. Fools Paradise won’t give refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind, and it’s right there in writing. For $450, I finally bought some commitment.
How to tell your kids: This is Episode 2, and in this house nobody skips straight to Episode 2. You’re allowed to look at it, but nobody touches it until they’ve finished Episode 1. Episode 1 is your homework.
At USD 450 with no refunds and a 20% fee on forced cancellations, SWEET CONFLICT // EP2 asks for real commitment, but the episodic “// EP2” framing and the vinyl and PVC build give it a clear identity. If you’re already following the SWEET CONFLICT story, I think it earns its spot, and we’ll update this if Fools Paradise announces a release date or restock.
