Tamashii Nations has posted a silhouette of S.H.Figuarts Inosuke Hashibira, the last missing member of the Demon Slayer trio, with price and date still under wraps.

S.H.Figuarts Demon Slayer Inosuke Hashibira is the next Demon Slayer figure from BANDAI SPIRITS’ collectibles division, TAMASHII NATIONS. The brand teased him with a single silhouette on its official Instagram account, insTamashii. There’s no release window and no price yet. Just a boar-shaped shadow.

This is an articulated S.H.Figuarts action figure of Inosuke Hashibira from Demon Slayer, made by TAMASHII NATIONS under BANDAI SPIRITS. The release date has not been announced. The price has not been announced.

A Silhouette Says Plenty

The teaser shows only an outline. That’s enough. The broad, heavy shoulders and the unmistakable snout-topped head can belong to one character, and Tamashii clearly knew it. Fans have been waiting for this shape since the trio started forming in this line.

Closing Out the Trio

Tanjiro Kamado arrived in S.H.Figuarts form first, and Zenitsu Agatsuma followed. Both were announced a long time ago, which made Inosuke’s absence feel louder on the shelf. With him, the core three finally stand together. That matters more than any single sculpt.

What I’ll Be Watching in the Sculpt

Inosuke is a strange design to translate from 2D to 3D. He’s a bare, wiry torso under a hairy boar head, and the joke of the character is that the face under the mask is almost delicate. I want a swappable unmasked head that sells that contrast, plus a matte, slightly mottled paint on the boar hide rather than a flat brown. The bare upper body is the real test, because every joint cut shows when there’s no jacket to hide it.

Built Around Flexibility

His story is about a boy raised by a boar who fights with self-taught Beast Breathing. He’s famous for an absurdly flexible body and a sharp sense of touch. Poseability isn’t a bonus here. It’s the character. For a benchmark, I’d measure the final torso articulation against Medicom’s MAFEX line, which has handled exposed physiques well; if Tamashii can bend Inosuke into his low, four-limbed crouch without ugly gaps, the figure earns its slot.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This

The Collector Math: Tanjiro and Zenitsu are already in the S.H.Figuarts line, so my Demon Slayer trio stands at two out of three. Two out of three is 67%, and in school 67% is a D. Inosuke is a passing grade with a boar head.

How to tell your wife: Inosuke famously refuses to wear a shirt, no matter who asks him. That means not one shirt of his will ever end up in our laundry basket. Finally, a man in this house who doesn’t add to the laundry.

How to tell your parents: Inosuke was raised by a wild boar, and he grew up wearing a boar head and challenging strangers to fights. I was raised by you two, and the wildest thing I want is a figure of him. Compared to the boar, you nailed it.

How to tell your kids: This is Inosuke, and his whole fighting style is charging head-first at full speed. He’s allowed to do that because he’s wearing a boar head, and you’re not. No boar head, no running in the hallway.

Tamashii could have made Inosuke a simple boar head on a generic body, and the shirtless design leaves nowhere to hide that shortcut. If the unmasked face and the crouch both land, this is the figure that makes the whole Demon Slayer trio worth displaying, and we’ll update this when pre-orders open.
