The Gaston Deluxe 1:10 Scale Statue by Iron Studios is a Disney collectible from Beauty and the Beast, and it’s up for pre-order now at USD 405 with shipping expected between October and December 2027. I’ll admit I didn’t expect the village’s most self-impressed hunter to get the deluxe treatment before half the cast, but honestly, Gaston would have demanded it.

The Gaston Deluxe 1:10 Scale Statue is a limited edition, hand-painted polystone statue in Iron Studios’ Art Scale 1:10 line. It stands 27 cm (appx. 10.7 in) tall and is priced at USD 405. Expected shipping is October to December 2027, with a purchase limit of six per person.
Why Gaston Fits the Art Scale Line
The Art Scale 1:10 line has always worked best with characters who fill a base with personality, and Gaston is basically a personality wearing boots. He’s the guy whose own song lists his neck size as a selling point, so giving him a deluxe pedestal instead of a modest stand feels like character work, not just a price bump. Iron Studios describes him as “arrogant but strong,” which is the most accurate two-word review of Gaston anyone’s written since 1991.
Polystone and a Hand-Painted Finish
Polystone is the right call for a character this heavy on swagger, and at 1.9 kg (appx. 4.1 lbs) this piece has real weight for its footprint of 20 cm wide by 18 cm deep. Hand painting matters more on animated characters than people expect, because a 2D design has nowhere to hide sloppy edges or muddy transitions. What I’ll be watching in final production shots is whether the paint keeps that clean, cel-animation look or leans into heavy shading; the images so far are of a prototype, so the shipped piece may differ.
How It Stacks Up Against the High End
At USD 405, this sits below what Sideshow’s Premium Format pieces usually ask, while landing in a similar polystone-and-hand-paint category. Iron Studios has built its reputation on getting dense, display-ready sculpts into a 1:10 footprint, which is a smart fit for collectors whose shelves are already arguing with each other for space. If the final paint matches the prototype, this is a lot of Gaston per shelf inch without needing a dedicated cabinet.
Timing, Payments and the Waiting Game
The ship window is October to December 2027, and the arrival note says it could slip as late as March 2028, so this is a long pre-order. Payment plans are offered, and the piece ships after the final payment. I’m keeping an eye on whether more of the Beauty and the Beast cast joins him in the same line, and we’ll update this preview if that happens.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Gaston eats five dozen eggs a day, and he doesn’t ship until October 2027, so Iron Studios has to feed him for eleven months. That’s about 20,000 eggs covered by my $405, or two cents an egg. Gaston himself is basically free.
How to tell your wife: Babe, Gaston spent the whole movie trying to marry the most beautiful girl in town, and all he got was a mud puddle. I’m the guy who actually married her. For $405, he gets to watch me win every day.
How to tell your parents: Mom, you always said my place should look like a grown-up lives there. Gaston takes interior design so seriously that he sings about using antlers in all of his decorating. So for $405, I hired the expert.
How to tell your kids: This is Gaston, and he tossed Belle’s book into a puddle because it didn’t have any pictures. You can look at him all you want, but he’s never allowed near your bookshelf. Skip reading, and you end up 10.7 inches tall.
Gaston earns his shelf space because the Art Scale 1:10 format suits a villain whose entire identity is taking up room, and 27 cm of hand-painted polystone does that without demanding a whole cabinet. If the shipped paint holds up to the prototype, USD 405 is a fair ask for the most quotable bully in Disney animation.
