Dragon Ball TOBIMAS vol.2 Puts Majin Vegeta and Gotenks on Your Window

MegaHouse's second とびマス Dragon Ball wave sticks six Buu Saga fighters to glass with a suction cup, at 1,045 yen each.

TOBIMAS (とびマス) Dragon Ball vol.2 is the second Dragon Ball wave in MegaHouse’s suction-cup flying figure line, scheduled for September 2026. Each figure costs 1,045 yen (appx. $7) including tax. This time the lineup leans hard into the Majin Buu Saga, and I think that’s the right call.

TOBIMAS Dragon Ball vol.2 is a set of six figures made by MegaHouse and based on Dragon Ball. Each figure stands about 5 cm (appx. 2 in) and costs 1,045 yen (appx. $7) including tax. Release is scheduled for September 2026.

A Gimmick That Actually Fits Dragon Ball

The idea is simple. A suction cup on each figure’s back lets it cling to glass, mirrors or a car window, so the character looks like it’s mid-flight. Dragon Ball is a series where half the cast stops walking around the time Goku learns Bukujutsu from Videl, so the concept isn’t a stretch. Angle and direction are adjustable, which means you can stage a dive instead of a flat sticker pose.

The Buu Saga Roster

The six picks are Son Goku, Majin Buu, Majin Vegeta, Gotenks, a Ghost and Piccolo. Majin Vegeta is the emotional center for me. That’s the Vegeta who let Babidi’s mark land on his forehead just to force a rematch with Goku at the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament, then threw his life away against Fat Buu. The M on the forehead carries that whole arc.

The Ghost is the clever inclusion. Gotenks’ Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack from the fight against Super Buu is pure comedy, and putting a Ghost beside Gotenks on the same pane of glass recreates that bit. It’s a joke you can hang.

Sculpt and Paint at 5 cm

Five centimeters is unforgiving. From the promo shots, MegaHouse keeps the sculpt volume chunky, with oversized hair spikes and thick limbs that read from across a room, which is how Akira Toriyama’s flying silhouettes worked on the page anyway. Paint looks like flat anime color rather than gradient work, and honestly that suits a figure viewed against daylight. Don’t expect S.H.Figuarts-level shading at this price.

The comparison I’d make is Bandai’s Figuarts ZERO line, which gets more paint passes per figure. TOBIMAS wins on concept, not on finish. Fat Buu’s round pink belly is the sculpt I’m most curious about, since a sphere is the hardest shape to make look airborne.

Where These Belong

A bathroom mirror is the obvious home. A sunny window works too, though I’d watch for sun fading on that orange gi over the long haul. Car windows are allowed by the box copy, but check your local rules first.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This

The Collector Math: Gotenks is Goten and Trunks fused into one warrior, so at 1,045 yen I’m paying about 523 yen per Saiyan. That’s two Saiyan kids in one 5-centimeter body, and they share a single suction cup. Fusion is the original buy one, get one free.

How to tell your wife: Goku’s Spirit Bomb only works when everyone on Earth raises their hands to give him energy. He’s stuck to our window now for 1,045 yen, so he needs your energy too. Careful, lifting that pillow counts as raising your hands.

How to tell your parents: Mom, you always said a good babysitter is worth every penny. Piccolo took a crying four-year-old Gohan into the wilderness and turned him into a warrior, and now he’s on our window for 1,045 yen. You’re officially off grandkid duty.

How to tell your kids: This is Majin Vegeta, the Prince of All Saiyans, and he lives on the bathroom mirror now. You can wave at him but never touch him, and he watches every second you brush. Brush less than two minutes and he calls you Kakarot.

A Closing Thought

The Ghost tells me MegaHouse actually watched the Buu Saga instead of just licensing it, and that’s worth more to me than extra paint passes. At 1,045 yen, Majin Vegeta on a mirror is the most fitting place that prideful prince has ever ended up.
