The Zero’s Mask Life-Size Helmet by MegaHouse is a 1/1 scale replica of the mask Lelouch Lamperouge wears as Zero in Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion. It’s priced at $310 and is expected to ship between March and May 2027. I’ve wanted someone to take this mask seriously for years, and MegaHouse finally did.
The Zero’s Mask Life-Size Helmet is part of MegaHouse’s Full Scale Works series, which reproduces anime masks at 1/1 scale as display pieces. It stands 13.78 in (35 cm) tall, costs $310, and is expected to ship from March 2027 to May 2027, with possible delays through August 2027. There’s a limit of 6 per person.
Why This Mask Works at Full Scale
Zero’s mask has always been a strange piece of design: it’s mostly one smooth, swept-back shell, broken up by a few hard straight edges and that sliding panel over the left eye. Plenty of anime gear falls apart when you blow it up to real size, because the shapes only made sense in two dimensions. This one doesn’t, and that’s the reason I think MegaHouse picked it. The curves and the straight lines were always fighting each other on screen, and at 35 cm you finally get to see how they meet.

Takahiro Kimura Checked the Inside Too
The design was supervised by Takahiro Kimura, the series character designer, and the inside of the mask was detailed along with the outside. That’s the part I keep coming back to. Nobody displaying this on a shelf will see the interior most days, but Lelouch hid his whole identity in there, so modeling the inside feels like respecting the character rather than padding a feature list. The mask is hollow, but it’s built as a display piece and isn’t meant to be worn, so plan on a stand, not a cosplay.
Where It Sits Next to the Big Prop Replicas
At $310, this lands in the same conversation as the Sideshow and Hot Toys helmet replicas Western collectors already line their shelves with. The difference is the subject: those pieces usually come from live-action props with physical originals to scan, while MegaHouse had to translate line art into a solid object that still reads as Zero from across a room. The listing images show a prototype, so I’m holding off on judging the final paint until production shots land. We’ll update this when we see the finished piece.

Who This Is Actually For
If you’ve ever paused the show on one of Zero’s big speeches and stared at the mask instead of the subtitles, this is your piece. It’s a single object with no accessories, no base drama and no variant hunt, just the mask at its real size. That restraint suits Lelouch, a guy who ran a rebellion with one costume and a lot of nerve. I also like that it doesn’t need a character figure next to it to make sense; anyone who watched the show knows exactly whose face is missing.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Lelouch got millions of people across Japan to follow him without ever once showing his face. The only thing they actually saw was this mask, and MegaHouse sells it for $310. Per follower, that rounds down to Zero.
How to tell your wife: Lelouch could make anyone do anything, once, as long as they looked him in the eye. Zero’s mask has a little panel that slides open right over that eye, just for this. Look into my eye, honey: you love this helmet.
How to tell your parents: Mom, you called me your little prince my whole childhood. Lelouch was an actual prince of Britannia, and this is the headgear he picked when he went out to change the world. I’m just living up to the nickname.
How to tell your kids: Zero isn’t one person; whoever puts on this mask becomes Zero, and the entire Black Knights take orders from them. That’s why it stays on my top shelf and nobody tries it on. Imagine your little brother giving the orders.

This mask earns its shelf space because MegaHouse treated Zero’s two-tone mix of curves and hard lines as real design worth building at 1/1, with Kimura signing off on the hidden interior. I’m watching for production photos before March 2027, but on paper it’s the Code Geass centerpiece fans have been waiting for.
