The NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE – Vivit figure AME-CHAN Scale Figure is a new Ame figure from SYSTEM SERVICE, based on the visual novel NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD. It went up for pre-order on September 29, 2026, at Good Smile Company’s US shop, and it’s priced at $16.99. I’ll be honest: I read that number twice before I believed it.
The NEEDY GIRL OVERDOSE – Vivit figure AME-CHAN Scale Figure is a pre-painted ABS and PVC figure of Ame that stands 170mm (appx. 6.7 in) tall. It is manufactured by SYSTEM SERVICE and listed for pre-order at $16.99 through Good Smile Company’s US store.
Ame, Not the Angel
If you’ve played NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD, you know the game is really about two people sharing one body: Ame, the black-haired girl at the desk, and OMGkawaiiAngel, the persona she performs for the stream. Plenty of merch leans hard into the Angel side because it’s the flashier look. Naming this one AME-CHAN tells me SYSTEM SERVICE is going for the off-camera girl, and I think that’s the braver pick for a game that’s quietly about what happens when the camera turns off.
What the Promo Shots Tell Me (and What They Don’t)
I’ve only seen the official images, and the listing itself says they’re sample prototypes and that the paintwork is partly done by hand, so final pieces may vary. That hand-painting note matters more on a figure of Ame than on most, because her whole appeal is in small things like the expression and how tired or happy she reads. I’m holding off on any verdict about face printing until retail photos show up, since prototype faces and production faces aren’t always twins.
Sculpt Volume at 6.7 Inches
At 170mm, Ame lands in the same height bracket you’d see on a lot of prize-style figures, which is a good fit for a character whose world is basically one small bedroom. ABS and PVC is the standard combo here, with ABS usually handling the stiffer parts and PVC carrying the softer shapes like hair. Don’t expect the layered sculpt depth of an Alter 1/7 scale at this price; what you’re buying is a clean read of the character from across the room.
The Price Is the Headline
At $16.99, this costs less than most people spend on a takeout order for two, and that changes how I think about it. It’s the kind of figure you can grab to sit next to your monitor without planning a whole shelf rearrangement around it. The one practical note from the listing: pre-orders can close early without warning, and payment may be processed two to three weeks before the confirmed shipping date.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Every turn in Needy Streamer Overload, you pick one action and watch Ame’s stats move. Buying her for $16.99 means Affection up, Stress down and one new follower, which is three stat boosts at under six bucks each. P-chan had thirty days and never found this move.
How to tell your wife: Ame needs one million followers to become the Internet Angel. For $16.99, I’m just one follower out of a million, basically a stranger leaving a heart in chat. I just follow her; you, I’m subscribed to.
How to tell your parents: Mom, you always warned me that people online aren’t who they say they are. That’s the whole game: the Internet Angel KAngel is really Ame, the girl behind the stream, and this figure is Ame. Nobody’s catfishing your son for $16.99.
How to tell your kids: This is Ame, and in her game, things go badly the moment someone leaves her messages on read. You may look at her, you may not touch her, and when I call your name, you answer the first time. She always knows who left Dad on read.
For $16.99, an Ame-focused figure that shows the girl rather than the stream persona is an easy yes from me, as long as the production face holds up to the prototype. I’m watching for retail photos before I’d call it a sure thing, but this is about as low-risk as NEEDY STREAMER OVERLOAD merch gets.
