I like that this piece isn’t named after a movie or a generic hero pose. It’s named after one specific comic, Batman #251 from 1973, and The Joker’s Revenge! is a story Bat-fans still bring up when they argue about the best Joker tales. When a maker builds a piece around a single issue, I start hoping it treats that cover the way a print collector treats a first-state etching: as artwork worth preserving, not just a logo to stamp on something.
