Hot Toys is finally tackling the camp glory of 1995 with the DC Comics release of The Riddler (Special Edition) Sixth Scale Figure by Hot Toys. This figure is slated to ship between July 2027 and December 2027 at a retail price of $285. If you grew up on neon Gotham, this piece brings back Jim Carrey at peak chaotic energy.
The Riddler (Special Edition) Sixth Scale Figure is a 12.4-inch articulated figure produced by Hot Toys under license from DC Comics and Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. The release carries an MSRP of $285 with an estimated shipping window spanning July 2027 through December 2027. It depicts Jim Carrey as Edward Nygma from the 1995 film Batman Forever.
Jim Carrey’s Face Split into Four Modular Manias
Hot Toys went all out on the head engineering here. Instead of forcing you to pick one fixed expression, they engineered two interchangeable upper head sculpts and two lower face plates. You can swap between red hair or a bowler hat look on top, both paired with separate rolling eyeballs and domino masks. Below the nose, you pick between a wide smiling mouth and an unhinged open-mouthed roar. It captures Carrey’s rubber-faced delivery with sharp skin textures and forehead creases that match the standard set by luxury portrait benchmarks like Queen Studios.
Tailored Spandex and Neon Question Marks
The tailoring on this release leans entirely into Schumacher’s vibrant palette. You get a green bodysuit stamped with an all-over question mark pattern, overlaid with a matching green patterned jacket. The look finishes with coordinating black-and-green shoes. The body underneath features over 30 points of articulation, giving you enough range to match Edward Nygma’s manic screen presence without bunching the tailored cloth awkwardly around the joints.
The Gadgets, the Glow, and the Exclusive Tennis Riddle
The accessory tray is packed with screen-specific oddities. The centerpiece is the NygmaTech mind-control rig—both the main box and handheld controller feature a green LED light-up function powered by button cells. Because this is the Special Edition, Hot Toys also bundles an exclusive openable tennis court riddle box that isn’t included in the regular standard release.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Hot Toys engineered this $285 figure with two swappable upper heads and two lower jaws to capture every manic nineties expression. That means I am technically securing four distinct Jim Carrey facial configurations for exactly $71.25 a piece. Paying seventy bucks per face is standard Hollywood casting rates.
How to tell your wife: This 12.4-inch Jim Carrey figure comes with a glowing LED mind-control box designed to drain the intelligence of anyone nearby. I pre-ordered him to sit on my home office desk and absorb the terrible ideas from my daily video calls. The button-cell batteries are a deductible business expense.
How to tell your parents: You spent my whole childhood demanding I wear tailored suits, maintain excellent posture, and ask intelligent questions. Edward Nygma wears custom green tailoring, carries a gold cane, and communicates entirely in complex intellectual riddles. Buying this $285 gentleman is honoring your strict dress code.
How to tell your kids: The glowing green machine on the top shelf steals your thoughts if your homework isn’t finished by five. You may look at his fancy question mark cane, but touching his green suit sets off the bat bombs. Finish your math before he turns on the LED lights.
Hot Toys nailed the manic energy of Edward Nygma by packing four distinct face combinations and glowing NygmaTech into a single box. At $285, this neon green centerpiece easily earns the right to evict whatever boring dark knight currently occupies your center shelf.
