X-Plus has opened preorders for the Evil Tiga Collectible Figure from the classic tokusatsu series Ultraman. Priced at $195.00, this PVC release is scheduled to ship between December 2026 and February 2027. If you love villains who reflect the hero’s worst impulses, this rogue giant belongs on your radar.
Evil Tiga Collectible Figure by X-Plus is an officially licensed vinyl collectible based on the Ultraman Tiga television series. Manufactured by X-Plus under the Large Monster Series Ultra New Generation banner, the figure measures 9.84 inches (25 cm) tall and retails for $195.00. Sideshow lists the delivery window for December 2026 through February 2027.
The Shadow Giant Rampage Sculpt
This piece captures Keigo Masaki’s tragic transformation from Episode 44, ‘The One Who Inherits the Shadow.’ When Masaki stole Daigo Madoka’s Spark Lence to bond with an ancient statue, he lacked the heart to control that primordial power and ran wild across the city. X-Plus freezes that exact moment of unchecked fury, posing the dark giant in an aggressive, forward-leaning stance. The broad shoulders and tense torso capture the violent energy of a villain who lost his mind the second he took form.
Vinyl Craftsmanship in the Large Monster Series
Standing 25 cm tall, this sculpt sits comfortably in X-Plus’s renowned Large Monster Series lineup. The studio approaches tokusatsu suits with a fidelity that rivals high-end resin shops like Prime 1 Studio, yet retains the nostalgic warmth of Japanese soft vinyl. You see the natural folds around the waist, the firm ridge lines across the chest crest, and the sinister slant of the dark eye sockets. Rather than polishing the character into an idealized digital render, X-Plus stays true to practical filming suits worn on Japanese soundstages.
Displaying the Dark Reflection
Evil Tiga works best when displayed directly across from the hero he attempted to mirror. The paint scheme flips Tiga’s balanced silver, red, and purple palette into a harsh monochrome layout with black accents. His pointed chest armor and angled head crest feel deliberately sharper than Tiga’s calm silhouette. Setting this 9.84-inch silhouette beside a standard release gives your shelf that tense, pre-clash standoff that defined the peak of the 1996 series.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This
The Collector Math: Evil Tiga operates on standard Ultra physiology, meaning he has exactly three minutes to fight before his energy fails. At a flat $195, I am paying exactly $65 per minute of catastrophic city-destroying combat. That is a massive bargain for a corrupted giant.
How to tell your wife: Sideshow guarantees this 9.84-inch corrupted giant will not arrive until at least December 2026. I bought him now because bringing a rogue Ultra into our home requires two solid months of psychological preparation. We are officially adopting a dark entity.
How to tell your parents: Keigo Masaki was a genius researcher with massive academic ambition who simply miscalculated his energy output. Displaying his 9.84-inch cautionary tale proves I take proper lab safety and career restraint seriously. You always said ambition needs discipline.
How to tell your kids: This giant threw a tantrum and ran amok in the city because he stole someone else’s Spark Lence without asking permission. He stays on the high shelf under twenty-four-hour neighborhood watch until he learns proper borrowing etiquette. Keep your hands off the rogue giant.
X-Plus delivers an uncompromising take on one of Heisei tokusatsu’s most compelling mirror villains, making this 25 cm sculpt an essential centerpiece for serious kaiju shelves. If you want the dark reflection of Tiga captured with genuine suit-accurate presence, this $195 pre-order justifies every square inch of shelf space.
