Stranger Things Vecna Bust by Nemesis Now

Nemesis Now has opened pre-orders for the Vecna Bust by Nemesis Now, bringing the primary antagonist of Stranger Things into a dedicated display format. The polyresin piece is priced at $175 and is scheduled to ship between October 2026 and December 2026. It captures the monstrous ruler of the Upside Down in mid-curse.

This release is an officially licensed Stranger Things collectible produced by UK-based manufacturer Nemesis Now. Cast entirely in polyresin, the upper-torso sculpt measures 11.61 inches (appx. 29 cm) in height. The bust carries a retail price of $175 and is currently slated for release in late 2026.

Textured Flesh and Upside Down Tendrils

Nemesis Now avoids a static museum pose here by anchoring the sculpt around Vecna’s raised clawed hand. The fingers curl forward, frozen right at the edge of psychological torment. Every ridge along the palm looks damp. That asymmetrical posture instantly breaks up the clean, vertical lines of standard character busts, giving the piece real physical weight.

The skin work is where the resin casting does its heavy lifting. Thick, vine-like tendrils crawl directly out of the exposed muscle tissue, wrapping around his neck and chest. Instead of smooth synthetic transitions, the sculpt forces sharp, jagged borders between the rotted epidermis and the alien flora. It echoes the visceral, tactile horror approach seen in high-end workshop pieces from Prime 1 Studio. The hand-painted finish preserves those wet crevices beneath matte exterior layers.

Gaze and Display Footprint

The pale, piercing eyes sit deeply inside the sunken orbital sockets. That recessed placement forces room lighting to cast real shadows across his cheeks, making the sneer shift as you walk past the shelf. It anchors the face without relying on gimmicky paint tricks. The sculpt feels alive.

Standing at 29 cm (appx. 11.61 inches), the piece commands shelf height without requiring custom casework. Nemesis Now ships the bust in an officially licensed display box decorated with original franchise artwork. The polyresin material keeps the center of gravity low and stable. It holds its own beside larger mixed-media statues without demanding their excessive horizontal clearance.

The Collector’s Survival Guide: How to Justify This

The Collector Math: Finding a fully hand-painted polyresin horror portrait under three hundred dollars is nearly impossible in today’s market. This piece stands nearly a foot tall at 11.61 inches and costs only $175. Passing on it now means chasing secondary aftermarket markups once late 2026 rolls around.

How to tell your wife: The Stranger Things bust cost $175 on an official pre-order and will arrive neatly boxed between October and December 2026. It fills the empty corner shelf on the media console perfectly without blocking the screen. I locked in the retail price now so we avoid scalpers later.

How to tell your parents: The dark finish highlights hand-painted resin work that requires specialized mold casting to capture all the layered tendril textures. High-grade polyresin maintains fine surface relief far better than standard hollow plastic figures. It represents an eye for industrial sculpting techniques rather than casual merchandise.

How to tell your kids: That is Vecna from Hawkins, and his raised claw controls the monsters in the dark. You may examine the vine details from the carpet, but nobody touches the raised resin fingers. If those claw tips snap off, the display case stays locked forever.

If you want the Upside Down represented through tactile, grotesque detail rather than clean pop-vinyl stylization, this sculpt earns its shelf space. The balance between the $175 tag and the heavy polyresin tendril work makes it a sharp pickup for serious horror shelving.
